A new development application (D02-02-25-0090) has been received for 3400 and 3428 Woodroffe Avenue.

New residential development with a mix of units, including townhomes, back-to-back townhomes, and stacked townhomes for a total of 160 units on a vacant site. Total of 222 vehicles parking spaces and 57 bicycle parking spaces.
