The Parents' Lifeline of Eastern Ontario (Pleo - Family Peer Support) is hosting a free conference for parents and caregivers to support them in navigating the mental health and well-being of their children and youth.
It is also an opportunity for our community to come together, reduce isolation, and remind families that they are not alone and that help and resources are available.
