The City of Ottawa is updating its Private Approach By-law↗, which applies to the short section of residential driveways between the roadway and the private property line.
City staff are hosting citywide public information virtual sessions to cover how the City currently reviews and permits private approaches, the functions of the right-of-way that need to be preserved, and an overview of the proposed by-law updates.
A staff presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
