Get ready for an inspiring, interactive, and inclusive day for people of all ages and abilities! On Saturday, May 31st, 2025, the Adapt Expo and Ottawa Inclusive & Para Sports Expo (OIPSE) will bring you a dynamic event celebrating adaptive living, accessibility, and inclusive sport.
This FREE event takes place at Carleton University’s Fieldhouse & Ravens’ Nest - bringing together over 100+ local businesses & community organizations that work with seniors and individuals (of all ages) living with disabilities.
Whether you're looking for accessible home solutions or supportive co-living, searching for personal care, neuro resources or mobility products; exploring accessible travel or trying out a para or adaptive sport — this event is for everyone.
Included again this year, is the Chronic & Iconic Makers Market – where you can shop for art, creations, gifts, books and more – all created by artists living with disabilities or chronic illnesses.
General Admission The doors open for all from 11:00am to 3:00pm — with free admission and free parking.
New! Sensory-Friendly Hour From 10:00am to 10:45am, there will be a ticketed Sensory-Friendly Hour for attendees with sensory sensitivities or severe immune compromise. This calm, quieter time with limited stimulating activities and smaller crowds, will provide a safe, welcoming environment Only 100 spots.
