Elizabeth Sheehy will discuss the vital role of pollinators in our ecosystem and the part played by native plants in this relationship. She will also talk about how we can begin introducing more native plants into our gardens and will provide some local resources.
The Butterflyway Project, a citizen-based movement growing highways of habitat for bees and butterflies across Canada, will also be introduced.
