Join us for the Aging Well in Ottawa Fall Health Fair - a free, one-stop shop event for older adults and caregivers to connect with over 30 local health, social and community organizations offering services, resources, and support. No appointment needed, just come by to say hello and get services and resources.

  • Adults (55+) living in Ottawa

  • Caregivers, family members, and support workers

  • Anyone looking to learn more about aging well in our community

  • Free access to experts who can talk to you about diabetes, heart health, nutrition, dental health , smoking cessation, dementia support, and more)

  • Everything in one place — no appointments needed!

  • Legal aid for women, emergency preparedness tips, and more

  • Friendly staff and community partners ready to answer your questions

When: Wednesday, October 29, 2025 from 11:00 am – 4:30 pm

Where: Sandy Hill Community Centre, 250 Somerset Street East, Ottawa, ON. Parking is available on site and on-street parking is nearby.
